Kakha Tsikarishvili

Was born in January 12, 1977.

In 1999 completed Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University faculty of law, specialty – jurist.

In 2004 completed American University, Washington College of Law with Master’s Degree.

In 1998-1999 worked as a consultant of Chair of Criminal Law and Criminology of Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University faculty of law.

In 1999-2001 worked as assistant to the judge in Supreme Court of Georgia.

In 2001 worked as a lawyer of World Bank`s program “Court Management Associates”.

In 2001-2004 served as attorney in American Bar Association (ABA CEELI).

In 2004-2005 worked as a legal consultant in EU Rule of Law Mission in Georgia (EUJUST THEMIS).

In 2005-2007 worked as a legal adviser in Norwegian Mission of Rule of Law Advisers to Georgia (NORLAG).

In 2007-2011 worked as a Deputy Chief of Party of Judicial Administration and Management Reform Project in Georgia (USAID JAMR).

Since 2005 till now is a lecturer in Georgian Institute of Public Administration (GIPA).

Since 2012 till 2013 was a legal expert for United Nations Development Program (UNDP).

Since 2013 till now is a member of Disciplinary Committee of Judges of Common Courts of Georgia.

Has wife and two children.
