Was born on May 17, 1979, in Telavi.

In 2000 graduated the faculty of arts and humanitarian professions of Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University with the specialization of lawyer.

In 2001 graduated faculty of law of Tbilisi Busyness and Marketing Institute.

In 2003 graduated the faculty of Marketing and Commerce of Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University.

In 2000-2005 worked as a lawyer (leading specialist) of transport department of Tbilisi City Hall.

In 2005-2007 worked as the head of legal service unit of juridical department of Ministry of Labor, Health and Social Protection of Georgia.

In 2007-2008 worked as assistant to the judge in Supreme Court of Georgia.

In 2008-2012 worked as a judge of Tbilisi City Court.

In 2012-2015 worked as a judge of Mtskheta District Court

Since 2015 is a judge of Tbilisi Court of Appeals.

In 2013-2015 worked as a member of Disciplinary Committee of Judges of Common Courts of Georgia.

Since 2015 is a member of Disciplinary Committee of Judges of Common Courts of Georgia.

Since 2015 is the Chairperson of Disciplinary Committee of Judges of Common Courts of Georgia.

Has wife and two children.
